Our current tool (SubmitEaze) allows us to select directories with high PageRank, high number of backlinks, requirement for link exchange, requirement for payment. By opening an account, the Campaign Settings can be saved as a Project.

While some SEs are universal and accept all submissions, many are quite selective. The Site features define to which SEs it can be submitted. The main criteria are: if the website owner is willing to exchange links with SEs, if payment is allowed, if the website is in English or other language, its main subject and if it appeals to the whole world or to a certain region. The Campaign Settings determines the set of SEs presented to the Operator for submission.
